Clay County, Iowa

Clay County is located in northwestern Iowa. It is named for Henry Clay, Jr; an American Colonel.
The seat and largest city are both Spencer. The Little Sioux River flows through the county.
Clay County borders Dickinson, Palo Alto, Buena Vista and O'Brien Counties.
Main highways include US-18, US-71 and IA-10.
